The hotstone massage is a body massage that involves the use of heated stones made of basalt. The stones are heated in a hot water bath to around 45/50˚C and placed on specific parts of the body, so it will help you to relax and release tension. This massage stimulates the self-healing capacity of the body, helps to remove waste, contributes to the detoxification of the body, stimulates the organs and brings your body in balance. A hotstone massage is especially recommended in case of stress, tiredness, muscle and joint pains, increased blood flow or fibromyalgia.
